Product Description
*Heat-sealable sterilization roll are constructed from transparent PET/PP multi-layers copolymer film and medical grade paper. Process indicators for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization are applied on the paper surface of the roll and help to differentiate between processed and unprocessed packages.
*Material:medical dialysis paper(60-70g/m2 + composite film (52-55 microns CPP/PET film)
*All process indicators are water based and non-toxic inks and meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 11140-1 standard and provide accurate and clear color change after sterilization process.
*Wide range of standard sizes allows optimum choice of a correct-sized pack for each item and for double packing purposes.
*Application:Hospital,dental clinic and laboratory's sterilization,medical device factory,nail &beauty supply,family high temperature sterilization.

Features:
1. Adopt three-layer heat-sealing and blanking process to prevent bag bursting;
2. Good bacteria resistance, permeability, bacterial barrier and clean opening;
3. Transparent PET/PP composite membrane and medical dialysis paper;
4. Water-based non-toxic ink printing;
5. Provide clear color change before and after sterilization process, with high-temperature STEAM, ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization color change mark;Significant discoloration before and after sterilization, no reverse;Formaldehyde (formalin FORM) can be customized;
6. According to the requirements of the size and length, can use a simple heat sealing machine for quick sealing;
7. It is recommended to store the product in a clean area with temperature lower than 25ºCand humidity lower than 60% after sterilization, and the product shall be valid for 2 years;
8.The asepsis period after sterilization is 180 days;
