Product Description

It consists of a series of steam penetration (air removal) barriers in the center of a chemical indicator sheet.

The indicator sheet may be stored as a permanent record of the test. Used for daily monitoring of pre-vacuum steam sterilizer.

The Bowie Dick pack makes the operator the right control of the autoclave and verifies possible defects during Bowie Dick's cycle. Bowie-Dick test packs should be used daily, especially after a sterilizer is installed, and relocated, after sterilizer malfunctions, after sterilization process failures, and after any major repairs of the sterilizer.

 

The advantage of a single-use test pack is that it is safe to handle & reproducible in results.
