Features:
1. Good Shape Stability. When immersed in boiling water for a long time, the tray will not become so deformed or shrink that it cannot be used.
2. High Transparency. After forming the denture can maintain high transparency, especially suitable for use with the cold light whitening instrument.

4. Can be Repeated Molding. Due to the inaccuracy of water temperature and immersion time, the denture forming effect is often poor. This product can be remolded in 80-90ºC hot water even if it is badly formed, which is not available in other products.
 

Instructions

Step 1
First practice wearing the tray before heating and shaping, exercise the discharging of air between the tray and teeth by sucking, therefore you can keep the tray wrapped closely to the teeth surface for a good eventual fit.

Step 2
To soften the tray, boil water and pour into a flat bottom container, allow the water to cool only for few seconds ( approximately 90 seconds ), you must take care and caution against possible scalding by using adequate protection, submerged for 5 to 7 seconds using the grip handle ( one tray at a time ), any longer the tray might over soften and stick together, get ready to mold while soft ( use fresh water for second tray ).

Step 3
Shaping the tray to your teeth, lift the tray out allowing excess water to fall away, swiftly place the tray to teeth and repeat the sucking step, avoid biting! Press onto the rapidly cooling tray with your fingers to expel any remaining air and water, do this for about 15 seconds.

Step 4
Finishing off the trays, remove the tray from your teeth and place in cool water to set for a few seconds.
